Our outer casing is manufactured from fire-retardant ABS plastic. This material resists ignition and self-extinguishes — it will not sustain a fire even in the event of an internal electrical fault.

All sockets feature automatic mechanical shutters that only open when a proper 2-pin or 3-pin plug is inserted simultaneously. Inserting a single object will not open the shutter.

The internal copper wiring and external cord meet BIS certified thickness, purity, and insulation standards. Undersized or impure wiring is a major cause of overheating and fire — GunGaN uses none of it.
