GunGaN 1 Year Warranty

At GunGaN, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. All GunGaN power strips and extension boards are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Functional failures under normal usage conditions during the warranty period

How to Claim Warranty

To raise a warranty claim, please provide:

• Original purchase invoice or order confirmation
• Clear photographs or video showing the issue
• Product serial number (if applicable)

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage — cracks, dents, burns, or misuse
• Water, liquid, moisture, or corrosion damage
• Damage from improper installation or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by power surges, accidents, or negligence

Resolution

After verification, GunGaN may repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product at its sole discretion. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
